The Challenge

UNHCR’s livelihood programmes in Nigeria’s Northeast and Middle Belt were producing real outcomes - but those outcomes lived in M&E reports. Funders and institutional partners needed to see what their money actually did: human, visual, verified proof of impact.

Our Approach

A field-embedded beneficiary impact documentary - deliberately intimate and observational, built to feel like honest documentation rather than institutional promotion. The film goes directly to beneficiaries and films their reality, functioning simultaneously as programme proof, fundraising asset, and human rights record.

The Result
  • Donor and fundraising evidence - ready-made for Ramadan Zakat and Sadaqah campaigns
  • Impact verification running alongside written M&E reports
  • Internal accountability record evidencing inclusion commitments on the ground
  • Public trust and media asset across UNHCR Nigeria’s channels
