How does the retainer start?
Almost always after a first successful project. The retainer deepens an existing working relationship - we learn your mission, your audience, and your calendar, then stay ahead of both.
What does a monthly retainer include?
A defined number of filming days and deliverables per month, rapid-response availability, the growing asset library, and quarterly strategy sessions. Scope is fixed in the retainer agreement.
Is the content exclusive to our organisation?
Yes. All footage and deliverables produced under your retainer are your organisation’s assets, per the agreement.
Can the retainer scale up or down?
Yes. Retainers are reviewed periodically and adjust to your programme cycle.
